Help Inform Science Policy This Summer:

Registration is now open for the Biological Sciences Congressional District Visits event. Participation is free. Registration is required and will close on July 19, 2018.

Communications Training Boot Camp for Scientists:

AIBS offers this workshop to help the science community learn how to engage and inform decision-makers and have the opportunity to become effective and engaged communicators. The next workshop will take place in October 2018.

2018 AIBS Council Meeting:

The 2018 AIBS Council of Member Societies and Organization meeting will be held in December 2018. We will leverage our policy connections and position and will be discussing the "Next Gen International Biology".

Employment Acquisition Skills Boot Camp for Scientists:

In response to the frustration that AIBS has heard from many graduate students, we have developed a program to help scientists hone and practice the skills needed to secure employment. This workshop will take in December 2018.

July Issue of BioScience:

The July issue of BioScience and the latest "BioScience Talks" podcast, "Undergraduate Research Makes for Better Science", are now available.
