Send Congress a Valentine's Day Facebook post, tweet, or email for endangered species

Dear friends,
Endangered Species Coalition is leading a lobby day on Capitol Hill this week with activists from around the country and 15 of our wonderful member groups and partners asking Congress to vote against bills or riders that would weaken the Endangered Species Act. We need you to be part of this action. Some very concerning legislation is in the works, including bills or riders that would weaken protections for wolves and sage grouse and even jeopardize the future of the Act.
You can help reinforce our message by reaching out to your representative and senators. Valentine's Day is not until tomorrow, but let's get a head start and share your love for endangered species and the law that protects them.
Send a tweet or post to Facebook to tell Congress that you <3 endangered species! Or send an email here!
Endangered species benefit from the Endangered Species Act every day. The protections it provides have helped to bring some of our most iconic species back from extinction. The bald eagle represented by the winning team in the Super Bowl is among them!
Please support our activists who flew to Washington, D.C. to advocate for a strong Endangered Species Act. Demonstrate that they're part of a larger movement by sending a tweet or Facebook post expressing your love for our most imperiled species and ask decision-makers to vote to protect them.
Thank you for your commitment to wildlife and wild places.
Sincerely,
Leda Huta
Executive Director
