AIBS Expresses Concern with New EPA Grant Solicitation Review Process: AIBS and several member organizations have sent a letter to Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Scott Pruitt expressing concerns about the agency’s intent to screen grant solicitations for potential support of climate science.

| AIBS Receives $10,000 Donation to Support Graduate Student Science Policy Award Program: AIBS is delighted to announce that it has received a $10,000 gift from one of its individual members. The donor, who has asked to remain anonymous, designated the donation for the AIBS Emerging Public Policy Leadership Award program.

| AIBS Wins Contract to Support Emergency Medicine Foundation: AIBS will provide the Emergency Medicine Foundation (EMF) with program support and a scientific peer review platform for the organization’s grant peer review process. The EMF strives to be the primary sponsor of scientifically rigorous research and education that improves the care of the acutely ill and injured. AIBS vigorously supports organizations that use science to inform funding decisions for the benefit of science and society.
